Shipping

I am shipping real wood and acrylic products. Depending on the size of the product you’ve ordered these products can be heavy and different sizes. I will try to fit the products into flat-rate boxes when possible. Shipping cost is determined for each project by size and weight. I will ship all products ground so please indicate if you would like to have your order sooner.

Shipping costs include the cost of the postage + packaging materials to ensure your product arrives in perfect condition.

Products

• These products are custom and unique to you because of that there are NO RETURNS.
• Remember that these products are made with real wood so each piece might vary in the grain of the wood, if the wood has any imperfections or knots, the type of stain or paint used, no 2 products will look exactly alike which makes them even more special.
• Please note that if a customer provides their own product for customization, Wood Be Awesome Gifts is not responsible for any damage or issues that may occur during the process. While we handle all items with care, slight imperfections can occur as part of the customization process. We cannot guarantee replacement or compensation for items that are damaged, ruined, or affected by such imperfections.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are done on a first come basis, they will be processed in the order received. When placing a custom order I will let you know the turn around time. If you need your order sooner you will be offered an expedite fee.

All Custom orders will not start production until the order is paid in full and customer has agreed to the final product that will be delivered. A $75 design fee will be applied for every modification made to each design.
